Welcome Credit
- New customers get a $300 Welcome Credit in their MIZOOR Wallet when they open an account. It is given once per person and once per pickup address.
- It is promotional credit. It is not cash, can't be exchanged for cash and can only be used for MIZOOR laundry.
- Each box you send uses its own amount: Small Box $2.00, Medium Box $2.50, Family Box $3.49. It applies to every order until the full $300 is used or the credit expires.
When it expires
The Welcome Credit expires 2 years after your first completed order. Before your first completed order there is no expiry date. Your Wallet shows the exact date.
Rewards Club
- Every completed order counts as one wash, however many boxes it has. Cancelled or incomplete orders do not count.
- 10 washes: $5 Reward Credit. 25 washes: $10 Reward Credit. 50 washes: $25 Reward Credit. 100 washes: MIZOOR Mystery Box.
- Rewards are separate from the Welcome Credit.
- Reward credit expires 1 year after it is added to your Wallet. Your Wallet shows the exact date.
Other wallet credit
Credit we add to your Wallet for an item damaged or lost while with us is also MIZOOR credit, not cash.
Using credit together, cancellations and refunds
- Welcome Credit and reward credit can be used on the same order. The Welcome Credit takes its amount for each box first, then reward credit applies to what is left.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the money you paid goes back to your card, and any credit used on the order goes back to your Wallet with the same expiry date it had.
