How to delete it
This page is for customers of MIZOOR LLC and for drivers who use the MIZOOR Driver app. You can delete your account in either of these ways.
- In your account: open your account settings and choose Delete account. Drivers can do the same in the settings of the MIZOOR Driver app.
- By email: write to support@mizoor.com with the subject Delete my account, and include the phone number on your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything.
What we delete
- Your account details: name, email and phone number.
- Your addresses and pickup instructions.
- Your order history, photos and chat messages.
- For drivers, your location history.
What we keep
We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. We keep them only as long as the law requires.
How long it takes
We delete your information within 30 days of your request. See our Privacy Policy for more.
