Book
Choose your boxes, a date and a two-hour pickup window. Pick the water temperature, your detergent and any extras, like washing whites separately.
Pack
Fill your MIZOOR boxes. Borrow them, buy them or pack at the door while your driver waits. Don't overfill: the lid should close easily.
Pickup
Your driver collects your boxes from your door, weighs each one on a portable scale and photographs the reading before leaving.
Inspect
At our facility we check every item. If something is already damaged, we photograph it and add the photo to your account.
Wash, dry and fold
Your laundry is washed at the temperature you chose, with one dose of your detergent per box, then dried and folded. Each box is tracked on its own.
Deliver
Your clean laundry comes back to your door the next day as standard, at no extra cost. Faster options are available for an extra charge.
